Calling All Student Orgs!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

My name is Tamine Chagerben and I’m a GA for Res Life here on campus. We are currently planning and organizing a conference that we host every year called the “PAL College Conference” which brings about 100 Texas Foster Youth to our campus for a two-day conference. Simply put, the conference shows them what college is all about and why they should consider attending in the future.

We are asking if any of you would like to volunteer to have a booth showcasing your organization during our “Mix and Mingle” portion of the conference so they students can get a glimpse of all the wonderfully diverse opportunities that are available to them on a college campus.

The time/date/place of the “Mix and Mingle” would be on Wednesday, November 18th from 1:00pm-2:00pm in Traditions in the Student Center. We are looking to have around 20 organizations present so if you would like to volunteer your organization please send me an email with the following information totamine.chagerben at tamuc.edu<mailto:tamine.chagerben at tamuc.edu> :
