It's Time to Renew Your Organization for 2015-2016!

All Registered Student Organizations are required to renew their registration each year to remain active at A&M-Commerce. This process is very easy and just involves just two simple tasks.

1. Update Your Organization's Profile on ManeSync - Due by October 2

You may now update your organization information on ManeSync for the upcoming year. Please see the attached document for instructions on how to update your information. Only portal administrators can update your ManeSync information. If you or another member needs administrator access, please send me an email. 2. Attend a Mandatory Training Session

All Registered Student Organizations must send two student members to a training session to remain active for the 2015-2016 year. One of these members must be the President or Vice-President of the organization. We will be hosting two training dates for Fall 2015. Members only need to attend one of the sessions and no pre-registration is needed. Only students that stay for the entirety of the training session will receive credit for attending. Please see the dates below:

Mandatory Training Dates
Sunday, September 13 @ 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Monday, September 14@ 4:00pm - 8:00pm
