[Stuorg-rep] Risk Management Statements - Due Oct 17

Hello student leaders and advisors,

As many of you may know, today was our original date for the signed Risk Management Statements to be due. However, as this is a new requirement for renewing our student orgs this year, I understand there was some confusion about where to access the form  and what to do with it.


1.       Take the form to a meeting of organization members (preferably a full meeting).

2.       Every organization had two members attend training. These members should share with the members present about what they learned at their Risk Management Training.

3.       They should also share where to find a copy of the Risk Management Presentation: http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/studentCenter/studentorganizations/resources.aspx

4.       All the members present will sign the form. Use more than one page if necessary.

5.       Return the signed form to the Student Involvement Suite on the second floor of  the Rayburn Student Center.

We have extended the deadline for the signed form till Friday, October 17. A PDF copy of the form is attached for you to print and complete. If you don't have access to a printer and would like a printed copy, please come by my office sometime next week and they will be posted on my office door.

Below I've listed the organizations that have fully completed all three requirements for renewing their organization this Fall: Training attendance, ManeSync renewal, and a signed Risk Management Statement. If your organization is not on this list, you have not yet completed at least one of these requirements. Please contact me for any questions about your organization's status.
