Student Leaders,

 

Now that we've wrapped up our Mandatory Student Organization Training
for Fall 2013, here is an update on where organizations stand. Below you
will find a full list of all the organizations and an explanation of
their current status. A spreadsheet is also attached that contains the
same information.

 

Congratulations! If you completed your renewal information and you had
two representatives attend training in full, your organization remains
in Good Standing.

If you have not yet completed your renewal information, but you did
attend training, your organization is now on probation. This probation
will be lifted once your organization renews the information on
ManeSync. Organizations on probation may not schedule event or meeting
space in the RSC, advertise on campus, apply for SOAC funding, or enjoy
other privileges of being a registered student organization..

If your organization did not attend training in full, your organization
is also on probation. This probation can only be lifted once your
organization attends the next available training session. The next
training will take place early in Spring 2014. Organizations on
probation may not schedule event or meeting space in the RSC, advertise
on campus, apply for SOAC funding, or enjoy other privileges of being a
registered student organization.

Any space reservations currently held by student organizations on
probation will be canceled until their probation has ended.
Organizations that are only missing their renewal, must complete the
renewal information by 5pm on Friday, October 4th to avoid losing their
reservations.
