[Stuorg-rep] Cold War Pep Rally Sign-In

[Deepti Vanguri]

Greetings Student Organization Leaders,

It is that time of year again to prepare for Senior Day/Cold War
festivities. Senior Day is an opportunity for accepted High School
students to experience a day in the life of a Lion on campus. Therefore,
the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated Zeta Tau chapter
would greatly appreciate your participation and cooperation in our Cold
War Pep Rally. If your organization is interested in hosting an
information table at the pep rally beginning at 2:00pm, we ask that you
have your table set by 1:30pm on the day of March 23, 2013. Just as a
reminder that Senior Day/Cold War is one of the universities top
recruitment tools and would serve as a great opportunity to have your
outstanding organization's recognized by future Lions. To effectively
become registered your organization will need to fill out and return
back the form attached below to this email address
mjones44 at leomail.tamuc.edu or can turn it in at the front desk of the
Student Activities and Leadership Suite. The deadline to register is
Wednesday, March 20, 2013 before 8:00pm. If you have any questions or
concerns feel free to contact Monterrio Jones via email at
mjones44 at leomail.tamuc.edu

Thank you and have a nice day!

-Monterrio Jones

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Brother
