[Stuorg-rep] Volunteers Needed for the Wellness Expo!!

Greetings, Student Organization Leaders!

 

The Annual Wellness Expo is upon us, and we are looking for volunteers
to assist in making this event a success! The Expo will be held on
Thursday, January 24th in the Rayburn Student Center from 11a to 2p.
Your members can earn community service hours for assisting with the
event, and we have three time slots available for volunteers:

 

*        9a to 11a

*        10:30a to 1p

*        1p to 3p

 

Interested individuals can sign up for one or all of the time slots.
Volunteer services would include assisting vendors in moving items from
the parking lot into the Student Center, checking vendors in, or other
opportunities to assist where needed. 

 

If you are interested in volunteering for the Wellness Expo, please
contact Zach Shirley by email at Zach.Shirley at tamuc.edu. Please include
your first and last name, organization name, and the shift(s) that you
are desiring to volunteer for.
