Student Organization Leaders,

 

The City of Commerce Office of Emergency Management is in need of assistance from your organizations to distribute West Nile Virus educational material to the citizens of Commerce. The information is in the form of door hangers and they need to be placed on the doors of all houses and apartments in the city. Whether or not you organization is in need of community service hours, I ask that you please consider assisting this office in getting this educational material distributed. If your organization is in need of community service hours and you need documentation I will provide a letter to your organization documenting your participation. 

 

I should be receiving the educational material sometime this week and distribution could possibly be scheduled as early as April 22. I am pretty flexible on dates and times to get this accomplished.
