[Stuorg-rep] Annual Student Organization Award Ceremony 2012-2013 (Reminder)

 Greeting Student Organizations,

 

Another one academic year is about to get over and let us Thank you for
serving as a student organization at Texas A&M University - Commerce.
Your hard work, enthusiasm and unity have made  Commerce a great place
for the students to learn and experience a different aspect of life. Now
it time for us to recognize you for the great work that you have done
during this academic year. As you all know Office of Student Activities
and Leadership hosts the Annual Student Organization Award Ceremony at
the end of spring semester and we recognize the outstanding organization
and the leaders who have contributed for the success of their
organization. 

 

This year we will be hosting Student Organization Award Ceremony on
Monday, April 22nd,  2013 at the Rayburn Student Center in Conference C
from 5pm - 7pm. The applications to the award categories can be found in
the website link given below towards the end of the email. The
eligibility criteria to apply for student organization awards are;

 

1.    Student Organization must be recognized by the University.

2.    Organizations applying should be a Non-Greek Organization.

3.    Organization must be registered as "active" on the Student
Organizations Website at http://tamuc.orgsync.com/.

4.    Organization must have a full time on campus university advisor.

 

The deadline to complete these online applications is on April 15th,
2013 by 5pm.
