[Stuorg-rep] Homecoming Return of Royals Quest

[Midhun Kadavil]

Student organization leaders!

Good day to you. We come to you seeking assistance in ensuring some of
our most bestowed royals return to Texas A&M University-Commerce's
Homecoming event. As we "Go For The Gold" this homecoming, we would
like to invite all past Homecoming Kings and Queens to join us. If your
organization could kindly reach out to your alumni to inform them that
we are trying to coordinate efforts to have past royals together as a
team for the following events to be held on Saturday, October 27th:

* Homecoming Parade, line up at 9:30am, beginning at the Alumni
Center

* Homecoming Tailgate, immediately following the parade at the
Alumni tent

We would love for the Kings and Queens to come decked out in their
crowns and sashes (if they still possess these) and be ready to meet and
celebrate with other Kings and Queens of various years. This year's
theme is "Go For The Gold" with an Olympian flair.

We would appreciate it if they contact Rachel Evans, Alumni
Communications & Events Coordinator at Rachel.Evans at tamuc.edu
<mailto:Rachel.Evans at tamuc.edu> or 903-468-3085 or Omar Brown, Royal
Team Coordinator and Homecoming King 2004 at Omar.Brown at tamuc.edu
<mailto:Omar.Brown at tamuc.edu> or 903-886-5629 to confirm their
attendance or for more information.

We appreciate your efforts in trying to promote this splendacious
occasion so that it may be a success.

Thank you!
