[Stuorg-rep] Fright Fest Booth Form

If your organization or department would like to contribute to Fright
Fest at the Morris Recreation Center by sponsoring a booth, please fill
out this form attached and return it by Wednesday October 24th to the
front desk at the MRC, or to the email to Cunningham.sarahe at gmail.com.
There are only 35 spots available and are on first come first serve
basis. This event can be counted towards community service hours!!

**** Each booth will be given 4 VIP passes to the haunted house****
