[Stuorg-rep] Info Fair for Summer Orientation

Hello my name is Bridgette Price and I am the Student Coordinator of
Logistics for the 2012-2013 New Student Orientation season. It is that
time of the year where we invite all Organizations and Departments out
to our Info Fair!! Just to give you a little bit of background
information, the "Info Fair" is where you will get a chance to meet and
greet with our new incoming students over the summer! If your
organization/department is interested in having a table at this year's
Info Fairs, please feel free to email me at bridgette.price at tamuc.edu,
and request the reservation form. The deadline for this form to be
filled out and turned in is no later than May 11, 2012 by 5pm, to ensure
your spot in this year's "Info Fair". We request that you have no more
than TWO representatives from each organization at your table. Also,
please note that your reservation is only for a single table with a
table cloth and two chairs; we are not able to accommodate any other
special requests. Thanks in advance, and have a great remainder of the
semester!
