[Stuorg-rep] Last call for V.I.S.I.O.N.S 2011

Hi Student Organization Leaders!!!

 

We hope you had a great Labor Day weekend and ready for week two! We
wanted to inform you that we have extended our deadline for you to
participate in V.I.S.I.O.N.S 2011 till 5pm Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
V.I.S.I.O.N.S is an annual event, highlighting the various ways students
can get involved across campus. The event will take place THIS THURSDAY,
September 8th starting at 5:30pm in the Rayburn Student Center
Conference Rooms.  This year's event will have a student organization
fair (which will be the fall 2011 Student Organization fair) and we
would like to have as many of our student organizations to be a part of
it that takes place from 5:30pm-7:00pm. This would be a great
opportunity for all organizations on-campus to exhibit your
organizational information and promote current students to join them.

 

We have TWO slot available for the on stage performance or speaking slot
which would be between 7:15pm- 9pm on the same day. So we would suggest
you to make use of this opportunity to promote your organization.
