Hello my name is Adria Green, and I am the Student Coordinator of
Logistics for the 2011- 2012 New Student Orientation season. 

It is that time of the year again where we invite all Organizations and
Departments out to our Info Fair! Just to give a little bit of
background information, the "Info Fair" is where you will get a chance
to meet and greet with our new incoming students over the summer! 

If your organization is interested in having a table at this year's Info
Fair, please feel free to email me at futurepresident05 at yahoo.com, and
request the form. The deadline for the form to be filled out and turned
in is no later than May 14, 2011 by 5pm, to ensure your spot in this
year's "Info Fair." We request that you have no more than TWO
representatives from each organization at your table at one time. Also,
please note that your reservation is only for a table with a table cloth
and two chairs, we are not able to accommodate other special requests.
Thanks in advance, and have a great remainder of the semester!

feel free to inform them of this as well.
