[Stuorg-rep] Halloween On the Square

[Deepti Vanguri]

Greetings Student Organizations!

As Halloween is just around the corner, the City of Commerce is putting
on a safe "trick-or-treat" event for the families of Commerce and they
are looking to the Texas A&M University-Commerce student organizations
to help pass out candy on the historic downtown square. The event will
take place on November 1st at 5:30pm and last until 7:00pm. The
Halloween Committee is asking for student organizations that are
interested in setting up a place on the square to email Ricky Harris (
ricky.harris at comercetx.org) or Laci Brewer (laci.brewer at commercetx.org)
to reserve your organization's spot.

This would be a wonderful opportunity for your student organization
members to get connected to the community and serve our community by
helping to provide our families with a safe environment to celebrate
Halloween.
