[Stuorg-rep] Food Request Waviers for Events!

Greetings Everyone! 

 

I hope everyone is having a good start to the week and are ready for the
Thanksgiving Break! I wanted to pass on some information for your
student organizations as you all plan for your events on campus. As you
begin to plan for your upcoming meetings meetings and events held on
campus and intend on having food at these events, please make sure that
your food is catered by Sodexo. Sodexo is the exclusive food service
provider for the Texas A&M University-Commerce Sam Rayburn Student
Center. No outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the
building without this waiver being approved by the SRSC and the Sodexo
Dining Services, General Manager. 

 

Please complete the Food Waiver Request and return to the SRSC
Scheduling Office, room 240, for approval a minimum of 7 business days
prior to event date.  If approved, the application will be forwarded to
Sodexo Dining Services for final approval.  Once completed, the Food
Waiver will be returned to the SRSC Scheduling Office and applicant.

 

This wavier is attached to the email and will be able for you to
Download on OrgSync. Additionally, you may come by the Student
Activities & Leadership Suite to pick up the wavier as well. Please let
me know if you have any questions or concerns.
