Greetings fellow student organizations!

 

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is putting on the first annual Kid's
Fest on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m. The event will
offer a fun-filled environment for families to enjoy activities and
refreshments! The event will take place at the Cain Sports Complex,
across from the University.  

 

 Your organization is invited to host an activity booth at the event to
support children from the Children's Learning Center and from the local
community to enjoy an exciting and memorable event. Activities provided
by CAB will include inflatables and competitive games just for kids. If
your organization would like to sponsor an activity for this event,
please complete the form attached to this email and return it to the
Campus Activities Board in SRSC 272 or email it to 
cab at cp.tamu-commerce.edu. If your organization needs activity ideas,
contact CAB. Forms are due no later than Wednesday, March 3rd by 6:00pm.
