[Stuorg-rep] New Student Orientation Info Fair

It is time to begin looking ahead to our New Student Orientation
schedule!  This summer, A&M-Commerce will host five orientations 

for incoming freshman and transfer students.  

 

We are inviting your department/organization to participate in the
Student Organizations Fairs, held on the second day of each New Student
Orientation program.  The fairs will be held between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00
p.m. in the Sam Rayburn Student Center. We invite you to have two
representatives at your table.  You will have more time this year to
visit with incoming students in a relaxed social setting!  

 

Be energized, creative and entertaining in your approach to this event.
Our theme is "Game Shows."  Let's provide an example of what our
organizations have to offer students outside the classroom setting. 

 

Student Organizations Fair

10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

June 6th         June 19th         July 10th          July 25th
August 7th

 

 

Representatives from the student affairs division and student
organizations will be provided a complimentary lunch in appreciation of
their service from the office of Orientation and Retention. Only 2
tickets will be provided per organization.

 

Please complete the attached form to reserve your booth and forward to
Bridgette Miles, Student Coordinator of Orientation and Retention.
