Hello Student Organizations and Advisors!

 

The Student Organizations Awards Banquet will be held on April 28, 2009,
at 6pm, in Conference Rooms A, B, and C of the Sam Rayburn Student
Center.  

 

Tickets

Each student organization will be given 2 complimentary tickets - one
for the organization President and the other for your campus Advisor.
Should your advisor be unable to attend or is attending with another
organization, you may use that second ticket for another organization
representative.  Any other member wishing to attend will need to
purchase a ticket for $12.00.  Tickets are available through Mrs. Pat
Perkins, Synergy Lab-261.  Tickets must be picked up, and RSVPs given,
to Mrs. Pat Perkins by April 23, 2009, at 4:30pm.  Get your
complimentary tickets now!

 

Introduction Slide Show

Do you have pictures of events that you would like to share as guests
are waiting for the program to begin?  Please email your photos to
Amber, or include copies on a cd with your completed packet to have them
included in the slide show.

 

 

Remember: The DEADLINE for reserving your complimentary meal tickets is
Thursday, APRIL 23rd, by 4:30 pm!  Contact Mrs Perkins today:
