Attention all Presidents and Advisors of Recognized Student
Organizations!

 

This is a friendly reminder that every student organization is required
to re-register each Fall before October 1st.  

 

 

For those of you who attended the Fall resource luncheon, you have a
copy of your user ID and password and can easily update your records at
the following link:

<http://campusactivities.tamu-commerce.edu/orgs/default.asp>.  Click on
the link that says, "Register your organization or update your
organization's records". Once you've logged in and submitted the
changes, an email will be sent to your advisor for approval.  After the
advisor approves the changes, they will be sent to our office for final
approval. 

 

If your organization did not attend the Fall resource luncheon, you must
call the Campus Activities office ASAP for your ID and password at
903-886-5793 or e-mail John_Francis at tamu-commerce.edu

 

Additionally, your organization will need to submit a membership roster
of all current, active student members in your organization.  This list
must include both the full name and the CWID of each member.  This
roster is also due by Wednesday, October 1, 2008, to our office.

 

Failure to comply by the deadline can seriously jeopardize your
organization on this campus!  Please do not wait until the last day to
register, as approval can take up to two days.
