[Stuorg-rep] OrgSync Training-FREE Communication Tool for your Student Organiz ation

Greetings Student Organization Leaders and Advisors,

 

Thank you to the many of you who were able to attend yesterday's Fall
Resource Luncheon for Student Organizations Presidents and Advisors!  We
appreciate your investment of time in your organization and our campus
community.  

 

As I referenced at the luncheon, we have purchased a subscription to
OrgSync, an online communication tool, for your student organization this
year.  This subscription will assist your organization in communicating with
your members and can even do things like assist your organization by
collecting dues online, text your organization members with last minute
updates, as well as run your elections online.   

 

Come and go live training will be available from 10:00am until 4:30pm on
Monday, September 17 in the IdeaWorks Room (part of the Campus Activities
Office, MSC 202).  Training will be given on a come and go, one-to-one basis
by the actual creators of OrgSync.  Stop in between classes for a few
minutes or stay for an hour and get a really good grasp of how you can most
effectively make use of this tool.  We will have refreshments available all
day.
