<p class="MsoNormal">The Archives is looking to document the experience of students at Texas A&M University-Commerce. As a result, we are reaching out to the advisors of our student organizations, seeking any materials that you may have that tell their story.

<p class="MsoNormal">For anyone who is interested in telling the story of your organization, we recommend doing the following as school year comes to an end:

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Take note of any meeting minutes, flyers, photos, videos, audio recordings, social media sites, or other documents that you may have and are not currently being used by the students. The Archives would
love to acquire these items for preservation and future research. Please contact us at

</o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Collect materials from this year such as meeting minutes, photos, event flyers and advertisements, and other items that describe the major aspects of the organization. Doing this will allow us to tell the
story of your organization. <o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am also happy to meet with you personally to further talk about the Archives, what we do, and partnering with you or the students in the future. Also, if you are aware of another person who would have original items from the organization
