<p class=MsoNormal>Many of you have had officer elections in the Spring and, by
policy, you must update your student organization’s information promptly
after doing so. This information is <b><u>critical</u></b> to our
department when trying to contact our student organizations with important
information. Before you come back to school next Fall, we will be
contacting each student organization with details regarding the
annually-required re-registration of each group, as well as other important
details, and you will want to be “in the know”.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>When you go to this link, you will need your organization’s
log-in and password. If you don’t have that information, you may
contact me. Please check over all the information in there and update ANY
of it that is incorrect. As far as officer information, please give full
names, phone numbers AND e-mail addresses. CWIDs are not required.
We also need to have a <b><u>good</u></b> <b><u>mailing</u></b> <b><u>address</u></b>
for your organization, so, please, make sure that information is in there, as
well.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Once you enter the corrections and click on submit, an
e-mail will be sent to your group’s advisor to approve or deny the
changes. Once your advisor approves/denies the changes, an e-mail will be
sent to me to accept or deny the changes. It is a very quick process, so
please take a few minutes to take care of this.<o:p></o:p></p>
