[Stuorg-adv] Summer 2022 New Student Orientation Showcase Invitation

The Office of Orientation & Transition Services is excited to invite your Student Organization to table during the Summer 2022 New Student Orientation Showcase!

For Showcase, here is some important information to note:

  *   Showcase will take place on the 2nd Floor of the Rayburn Student Center from 11AM-1PM for all Freshman Orientation and most Transfer Orientation sessions.
     *   For the Friday, May 6 Transfer Orientation, Showcase will only be from 11AM-12:30PM.
     *   For the Friday, May 20 Transfer Orientation, Showcase will only be from 11AM-12:30PM.
  *   Tables are expected to be staffed for the full duration of Showcase.
  *   Check-In & Setup will begin at 10:30AM.
  *   Lunch will not be provided.
