Welcome back for the Spring semester!
As we get the semester going, there are a few items I wanted to touch base on.


1.       Mane Street Registration is OPEN; the fair is in person with social distancing guidelines and safety precautions. Masks are required to be worn at all times. If your organization is going to advertise that they will be in attendance, please include that attendees need to wear a mask! You can register your organization at this link<https://tamuc.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/453989>. Mane Street will be Tuesday, January 19th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.


2.       If your organization needs to make any roster changes or needs help with uploading events, please let me know and I can walk you through the processes step by step. Please let me know any officers who have graduated or advisors that have changed to ensure they are on the student organization listservs and receive information.

3.       Student Organization Highlight (website and social media) - If your organization would like to submit a highlight/accomplishment (yes, highlights can be from Fall 2020), submissions will be posted on the student organization website (www.tamuc.edu/studentorganizations<http://www.tamuc.edu/studentorganizations>). Submissions will also be posted on the Rayburn Student Center social media (follow their pages if you aren't already). You can submit a highlight here<https://tamuc.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/458115>. Below is the schedule for upcoming highlights. I am looking for additional organization in February and March.

a.       Tomorrow through January 25th will be Catholic Student Organization

b.       January 26th through February 8th will be Sigma Chi and Chi Omega
If there is anything your organization needs, help, assistance, or a resource, please feel free to ask me. We can also set up a time to meet either in-person or virtual if needed.
