Good morning!
New Student & Family Programs invites you to participate in the Department & Student Activities Expo virtually during the Fall Mane Event Preview Days! Each date will host up to 300 prospective new students and family members that are excited to learn more about A&M-Commerce. The Expo will take from 11:30AM-12:30PM on the Easy Virtual Fairs platform. This is the same platform from the Summer 2020 New Student Orientation sessions and the Mane Street Student Organization and Resource Fair.  Please submit this form by Wednesday, October 7th to participate.

For your reference, here are the Mane Event Preview Day dates:


·         Saturday, October 17

·         Friday, October 30

·         Saturday, November 21

·         Friday, December 4

A couple of things to remember:

Ø  We will utilize the Easy Virtual Fairs platform for the Expo. On Wednesday, October 7th, you will receive a confirmation email with the Easy Virtual Fairs website, username/password for your department or student organization, and guidelines on how to personalize your virtual booth. If you have used this platform before, the username and password will remain the same.

Ø  It is preferred that your department/student organization participate in all four Mane Event Preview Days.


As a reminder, we will be hosting virtual information sessions, on the dates listed below, to answer any questions about the Mane Event format, accessing/using Zoom Webinar and Easy Virtual Fairs.
