Good morning,
I hope everybody is staying safe and healthy during this time. I have received a few questions about how COVID-19 is going to affect the rest of the semester for student organizations. Here is a quick follow-up on that and some additional updates.
Currently, events and meetings are canceled until May 31. The event/meeting restriction does not include hosting meetings online. I would highly encourage you to engage and meet virtually still. There are many different platforms you can use to accomplish this. If you want to host an end of the year banquet for your organization, you can still do that virtually. If you need help or ideas with anything, I am here to assist.

For Advisors and Student Leaders

April 10th, 5 p.m. is the deadline to submit nominations for student organization awards. Nominations must be submitted via ManeSync no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, April 10th.
April 23rd, 6 p.m. via Zoom: Student Organization Awards will be presented to winners. Winners will also receive special shout-outs on the Rayburn Student Center social media after awards have been presented.
JUNE 1ST, Student Organizaton registration will open for FY 21. Organizations can start registering on ManeSync.
