Hello fellow lions,

My name is CieCie Leonard and I am the Graduate Assistant of Fitness and Wellness at the Morris Recreation Center. I hope this year is going well for you and your organizations. I wanted to extend my hand out and offer the idea of hosting a Group Fitness Class for your organization. A Group Fitness Class is where we bring a group of people together to execute exercise in a fun and safe manner. There are different formats to select from such as: Yoga, Zumba, Hip Hop Fitness and Bootcamp. This is a great way to form a connection between your members especially when bringing in new ones. We can come to you or host it here in our activity room at the Rec Center at a time that is convenient for you! This is free of charge if you are one of the first 10 organizations to express your interest!
