[Stuorg-adv] REQUIRED Student Organization Training - Sep. 7 & 8

Hello Student Leaders,

It's that time of year again! Hope you all enjoyed an amazing summer. August is here and that means it's almost time to start another amazing Fall semester at A&M-Commerce. It also means that we need to complete the mandatory annual training for all registered student organizations. As with past years, all student organizations must send at least 2 student members to training and at least one of those members must hold an officer position in the organization. The training sessions will be held on two days and your representatives may choose which day they would like to attend. There is no need for one member to attend both sessions as they will be identical. All training will be held on the second floor of the Rayburn Student Center

Training Date #1
Sunday, September 7
2:00pm - 6:00pm

Training Date #2
Monday, September 8
4:00pm - 8:00pm


-       Must send at least 2 members (at least 1 must be an officer)

-       Must stay for the entire length of the training session

-       May choose attend either training date

-       Topics covered at training include: Risk Management Strategies, Event Planning, Using ManeSync, University Policies, etc.

Organizations that fail to fully participate in training will be placed on probation and may lose their status as a Registered Student Organization.
