Friends,

 

Hope you are having a great start to your week and that you had a
relaxing spring break.

I know some of you might already be familiar, based on the media
coverage, with major Rawlings's "Dallas Men Against Abuse" rally taking
place this coming Saturday in Dallas city hall to end domestic violence.

 

Attached is a flyer that was shared with me at our University Crossroads
council meeting and where the invitation was made for universities and
higher education to be represented. Hence, I wanted to share and
respectfully ask that you share with your organizations, students,
alumni and other contacts that might be interested in participating. A
special emphasis was made on male and fraternal organizations.  I know
that at that meeting other area universities (UTA, UNT, UTD) present
committed to spread the word among their student organizations and staff
to show support for this mayor's initiative and worthy cause.

P.S. Rodney - I know you and I discussed since you were also aware but
knew it would conflict with Cold War/Senior Day with the Alphas
programming back here on campus. Thanks for agreeing to pass word on
