                   Update Your Network 2013

 

We are excited to invite you to the 30th annual "Update Your Network"
event.  It is scheduled this year on Monday, August 26, 2013, from
4:30pm-7:00pm in the Rayburn Student Center.  We are combining this
year's events with Lion's Roar Week activities which introduce incoming
and current students, faculty, and staff to services, resources,
employment, and entertainment available in our local area and on campus.

The activities begin on the first and second floors of the Rayburn
Student Center.  We ask that you are set-up and give yourself plenty of
time to partake of the heavy appetizers and beverages (free of charge)
before the doors open at 4:30pm.  Parking will be available in Lot C,
which is behind the Science Building.  Music and food will set the mood
for a spirited event.  

There is no charge for campus departments.  You will have a 6ft table, 2
chairs, and a navy blue table cloth.  WHAT a great way to promote your
department, services, and part-time or internship job opportunities to
our students. Last year, approximately 1500 students, faculty, and staff
attended "Update Your Network".   We expect to exceed that number this
year.

We highly encourage special giveaways at your booth.  However, our
Residential Living and Learning Department requests that no candles
and/or incense be made available to our students that live on campus.
