The Lion Cousins is a mentor program that was created by an A&M-Commerce
international student in partnership with the International Student
Services Office (ISSO) at A&M-Commerce. The program is designed to help
students learn about the different cultures represented on campus.
American and international students will be paired up for either one
semester, or for the academic year. Lion Cousin participants are
expected to attend two events that will be planned by the ISSO every
semester as well as meet up with their "cousin" twice a month for a
meal, coffee, an activity, or just to hang out. This is a great way to
learn about the different cultures represented here at A&M-Commerce.

We will host a kickoff event on September 27 at 6:30pm in the Rayburn
Student Center 213AB. This kickoff event is where you will meet your
Lion Cousin. If you sign up for the program you will need to plan to be
at this kickoff event.
