[Stuorg-adv] Event Management System Update

Hi Student Organization Leaders!!!

 

We are pleased to announce that all room reservation scheduling will be
made via the virtual web at ems.tamu-commerce.edu
<http://ems.tamu-commerce.edu> , effective immediately.  Many of our
University community have been utilizing the online feature for over a
year now!  Advantages to the online system include ease of access,
scheduling accuracy, and events posted on the University Calendar. 

 

In addition to that, every organization will have two officers who will
get an access to the Event Management System. So now you can add another
officer information in addition with the first one in ManeSync. Make
sure that you have an administrative privileges to your organization
profile to make this change in ManeSync.  The steps are;

 

*       Sign into ManeSync (www.OrgSync.com <http://www.OrgSync.com> )

*       Go to your profile page

*       Select "Settings" in the Left bottom side of your page

*       Click "Next" until you get to page "Officer Information"

*       Below you will find an officer information under "First EMS
(Event Management System) Account Holder *". 

*       Enter information of the second officer under "Second EMS (Event
Management System) Account Holder *"

*       Click "Next" and finally select "Finish"

 

Remember that transition deadline to all virtual web scheduling is
effective immediately. Also only these two officers will be able to
schedule and reserve the rooms.
