[Stuorg-adv] Reminder: V.I.S.I.O.N.S 2011 Hurry up!!!

Hi Organization Leaders!!!

                                         This is a reminder to sign up
for V.I.S.I.O.N.S 2011 which on next Thursday September 8th from 5:30pm-
9pm. Secure your spot now by filling up the online application form
given below.

V.I.S.I.O.N.S is an event were ALL student organizations get the
opportunity to unveil to students what they are all about. You may
choose to participate in

 

*       Organization Fair

Organization fair will be from 5:30pm - 7pm in the corridors of the 2nd
floor of the Rayburn Student Center. There will be tables set up for you
and you can represent your organization.

Or/And

*       Performance (4mins)

*       Speaking (2mins)

 

On Tuesday,September 6th at 7pm, we invite the organization rep(s) to
make use of Toastmasters workshop where you can perfect your
presentation skills through hands on assistance from certified public
speakers. Meet in the Alumni Center for the workshop.

 

We are also providing the oppurtunity for all the performing
organizations to reherse on stage between 1pm - 4pm in the conference
rooms of Rayburn Student Centeron Thursday September 8th. This would be
based on a first come first serve policy.
