Dear Fellow Organization President,
 
It was a pleasure meeting each of you at our last Campus Organizations Meeting this past Fall semester. I have attached the contact list that I received thus far for you to utilize; if anything is incorrect or if I am missing your name and contact information please let me know so that I may update this document. 
I am trying to find a good time for our next meeting to discuss ways of uniting student organizations and the student body together as a whole; please answer the survey in a general form as it will be used to schedule reoccurring meetings for months to come. We are requesting that each organization President attend so that we can get a consensus from every organization.
