[Stuorg-adv] 2011-2012 Student Organization Re-registration Process

Happy August Student Organization Leaders!! 

 

We hope you all had a wonderful summer and have had the chance to stay
cool! Let me take this chance to introduce myself, I am Mid Kadavil the
Graduate Assistant for Student Organizations, and am excited to work
with each of your organizations in the 2011-2012 school year. As the new
school year is approaching, it's time to get back into the swing of
things and update your student organization registration for this school
year. 

                        

If you are not a current officer for your student organization, we ask
that you forward this information onto the new officers so that their
registration can be current.  Administrators of your organization must
to sign in to ManeSync and re-register your organization before Oct 3rd,
2011. 

 

Here is how to update your registration: 

*         Go to http://tamuc.orgsync.com/ <http://tamuc.orgsync.com/> 

*         Click on "Login to ManeSync"

*         Sign-in to your account

*         Go to your organization profile

*         Click on "You can update your Organization's profile here"

 

 

 

 

            

 

 

 

 

 

*         Make necessary changes in the Organization Settings, which
would include: 

-Updated officer information

-Updating On-Campus Advisor Information

-Uploading a new member roster

-Uploading a revised constitution 

*         Click "NEXT" towards the bottom of the page to browse through
all the Organizational info and in the final page, click "yes" to "Are
you re-registering your Organization?" and then click "FINISH" for
completing the re-registration process. 

Student Organization Training (formally known as Policy & Procedures
Meetings) will take place on September 26th & 27th from 5:00pm-7:30pm
each day in the Rayburn Student Center. Two representatives from your
organization must attend one of these trainings. More information to
come on this once the school year begins!  

 

As you can see we are extremely excited to have you all back on campus,
so much so that we have updated our student organization website, with a
new look and feel. We encourage you to take a look at it and provide us
with any feedback you may have on how to make it better, including
additional resources.
