[Stuorg-adv] Student Organization Updates

Greetings Student Organization Leaders!! 

 

I hope you all are doing well and are enjoying the remainder of the
semester! Only two more weeks left! J There were a few things that I
wanted to remind you all about: 

 

1.       The Student Organization Celebration is coming up May 6th from
3:00pm-6:00pm in the SRSC Conference Rooms! J  To enter your
organization in the awards competition, please fill out the attached
packet and submit which awards you are interested in applying for.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, April 25th at 5:00pm. 

You must either turn them in to the Student Activities office in the
SRSC (2nd floor) or online through your R.S.V.P. submission to be
eligible to win. Please log on to www.orgsync.com under your
organizational portal, click on forms and fill out the R.S.V.P.
registration form and submit it. 

 

2.       SOAC Funding is still available for student organizations to
apply for. This funding is for student organization events that are
coming up. Please make sure that if you request funding for your
organization, that you keep in mind that all applications must be
SUBMITTED and APPROVED prior to the date of the event you are
requesting. All SOAC packets must be turned in to the Student Activities
& Leadership office in the SRSC (2nd floor) by Friday afternoon, in
order to be heard on  Monday morning. To download the SOAC application,
Please log on to www.orgsync.com under your organizational portal, click
on files and open the SOAC folder.
