[Stuorg-adv] African Student Association Event

            This is a reminder that this semester the African Student
Association will be hosting its first - and hopefully annual - dodge
ball tournament and we would love for your organization to participate.

The entry fee is $5 per person and each team has to have between five
(5) and eight (8) members. Attached to this letter is a roster form for
you to fill out. Please clearly print each team member's name within the
space permitted. You may return the completed roster to me directly or
send a representative to deliver it to an African Student Association
meeting. We will meet on Wednesdays at 5:00pm in the student center.

            We look forward to seeing your organization competing for
the prizes and I wish you the best of luck in competing for the grand
prize. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time.
