[Stuorg-adv] Mandatory Student Organization Policy and Procedures Meeting

Hello, Texas A&M University-Commerce Student Organizations,

 

I want to officially introduce myself and explain my role for you all.
My name is Connie Kercher and I am the Coordinator of Leadership and
Student Organizations.  I am privileged to oversee our 120 Student
Organizations here on campus.  My main goal for this next year is to
ensure your success by providing resources and opportunities to achieve
your organization's goals!!

 

We are going to kick off the semester with Student Organization Policy
and Procedure Meetings.  These meetings are replacing the previous event
of Resource Luncheons.   These are MANDATORY  for the President and one
executive officer to attend.  You must attend ONE of the following
meetings:

 

9/8/2009    Tuesday        4:00 PM   6:00 PM   SRSC Conference Room C 

9/8/2009    Tuesday        6:00 PM   7:00 PM  SRSC Conference Room C
*GREEK ONLY
9/9/2009    Wednesday  5:00 PM   7:00 PM  SRSC Conference Room C 

9/10/2009  Thursday      2:00 PM   4:00 PM  SRSC 233 Innovation A and B 

 

 

ALL GREEK Organization Presidents and ONE executive officer needs to
attend ONE of the Mandatory meetings AND the Tuesday  8th 6:00 PM - 7:00
PM meeting. This hour is specific for Greek policies and procedures.
This will be held in the SRSC Conference Room C and only Greeks will be
able to attend.    

 

 

I ensure these meetings will be energetic, worth your time and filled
with information necessary for the upcoming year!
