Hello Student Organizations and Advisors!

 

It's that time of year again, the time to let your success shine!  The
Student Organizations Awards Banquet will be held on April 28, 2009 at
6pm in Conference Rooms A, B, and C of the Sam Rayburn Student Center.  

 

 

Awards Packet

Awards packets are available in the Synergy Lab of the Student Center
(2nd Floor reception desk).  Also, online at
http://synergy.tamu-commerce.edu/resources.asp .  Your completed awards
packet is due on April 9th, at 4:30pm to Amber VanLue - Synergy Lab room
266, or by email at amber_vanlue at tamu-commerce.edu .  Please be sure to
follow all instructions and include supporting media.  

 

 

Tickets

Your group will be given 2 complimentary tickets - one for the
organization President and the other for your campus Advisor.  Should
your advisor be unable to attend or is attending with another
organization, you may use that second ticket for another organization
representative.  Any other member wishing to attend will need to
purchase a ticket for $12.00.  Tickets are available through Mrs. Pat
Perkins, Synergy Lab Rm # 261.  Tickets must be picked up, and RSVPs
given, to Mrs. Pat Perkins by April 23, 2009, at 4:30pm.

 

 

Introduction Slide Show

Do you have pictures of events that you would like to share as guests
are waiting for the program to begin?  Please email your photos to
Amber, or include copies on a cd with your completed packet to have them
included in the slide show.

 

 

Remember: Completed Awards Packets are due by April 9 at 4:30 pm!
