Student Telecounseling Admissions Representatives (STARS)

Seeking applicants interested in positions as telecounselors.  Previous
telecounseling experience helpful, but not required. 

 

Excellent communication skills required.  Please review the requirements
below:

*         Have a 2.75 semester GPA (3.00 if graduate student)

*         Completed at least 30 hrs. (Sophomore Level) 

*         Have completed one long semester at Texas A&M
University-Commerce

*         Be enrolled and maintain full-time student status at
A&M-Commerce

*         Have a least two (2) long semesters left at A&M-Commerce.

*         Possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally
and in writing with a diverse group of people and personalities

*         Exhibit leadership and a desire to achieve excellence

*         Display a high degree of maturity, energy, enthusiasm,
professionalism and flexibility

*         Possess a sincere passion and enthusiasm for Texas A&M
University-Commerce

*         Afternoon and early evening positions
