ATTENTION: Student Organization Leaders

The annual Smith Hall Trick-or-Treat / Carnival is scheduled for October
31st this year. We will be inviting the community of Commerce to come
out and Trick-or-Treat in a safe environment. This program is
facilitated by Residence Life in Smith Hall from 7-9pm in the same
building.

If your organization can assist with either helping set up and
facilitate the program or by donating candy, please contact Brian
Anderson by e-mail at brian_anderson at tamu-commerce.edu  or by phone:
903-886-5788.

If your organization plans to participate, please attend a meeting that
will be held on Monday, October 27th, 4pm, in the Smith Hall conference
room to discuss the plans for this event.
