[Luis Franco]

The planning committee for 2008 American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of
Texas A&M University-Commerce is excited and ready for the 2008 Relay season
and as such we like to invite all students, faculty, staff and Commerce
community members to our 2008 Kick-Off Event.

When: Wednesday January 23, 2008

Time: 5:00PM-7:00PM (a come and go event)

Location: Blue Bonnet Room of the MSC (3rd floor)

The Relay For Life of Texas A&M University-Commerce is currently in its 5th
year and has raised over $170,000 for the fight against cancer. The event
was recently recognized as the #2 college event in the High Plains Division
of the American Cancer Society for per capita funds raised and it is one of
the most anticipated and fun events on campus.

Everyone is invited, whether you have participated before or not in this
amazing overnight event!

So come out and get the details on the 2008 event such as dates and theme,
sign up to serve as a volunteer, join our committee, or just come to learn
what Relay For Life is and how you can make a difference in the fight
against cancer.

We specially invite cancer survivors, patients and caregivers to come and
register with the event.

This will be a great kick off event where you can come out and register your
2008 Relay For Life team. Take advantage of our $15 reduced team
registration fee ($40 after Feb 19, 2008) and make sure that your
organization, club, residence hall or department is represented.

Don't delay; remember that campsite selection is base on order of team
registration!
