Greetings Student Leaders and Advisors,

Student organizations have been invited to be a part of this summer's
Orientation Service and Organization Fairs.  The dates for this summer's
Orientations are listed below.  The Service and Organization Fair will take
place from 2:00pm-4:30pm during each of these Orientations.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to welcome our new students and
their families and introduce them to the organization(s) you represent.

In order to have a table reserved for your organization at the Service and
Organization Fairs, please email  <mailto:Emily_Shipman at tamu-commerce.edu>
Emily_Shipman at tamu-commerce.edu with the Orientation dates you will be able
to attend.  Additionally, please specify any needs for your table, such as
electricity, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
