The University Police Department has recently been informed of a bomb threat involving Texas A&M University-Commerce. Early assessment suggests the threat risk is low and has not been proven credible. Federal law enforcement partners are actively investigating the threat, which affects 279 universities across the United States. UPD is currently assessing this situation and will continue to monitor it for any changes.
