<b>Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m</b>. You are not required to pre-register or schedule an appointment unless you need emergency assistance outside of Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you need to schedule an emergency appointment,
