<span style="color:#1F497D">CITE continues to be engaged with Oracle Support teams, who are managing the startup processes for the TAMUC Banner application and Database services.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<span style="color:#1F497D">Progress has been made and CITE Technical teams have begun initiating services. This is positive step towards resolution but issues may still occur during the startup processes that could impact the overall restore. Please know
that CITE personnel have been working directly and continuously with Oracle to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Again, we understand the strain and impact this outage has placed on you personally and/or your department’s business operations and we
