<p class="MsoNormal">The Texas A&M University – Commerce Student Government Association (SGA) initiated a Student Health Fee Referendum via legislation during their meeting last week that passed unanimously. For a referendum on any fee creation or major increase,
SGA must legislate allowing a referendum to take place and giving students the opportunity to vote. With a referendum being initiated, students have the opportunity to attend information sessions about the referendum and learn more about the Student Health
Fee prior to voting on the referendum. There are 3 sessions that will be offered with the 3<sup>rd</sup> session having a location to be determined. Once a location has been identified students will be sent a notice.
