Below is an explanation for the regulation.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">· This regulation ensures that our members are regularly assessing if they are in possession of Protected Health Information (PHI) so that they can identify and properly manage the risk associated with PHI and also determine if they
might have any areas that could be designated a HIPAA-covered entity.<o:p></o:p></p>
