<p class="MsoNormal">Applicants must aspire to be values based leaders committed to the betterment of character, campus and community.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Student’s high school GPA must be 2.5 or higher in a 4.0 grade point system.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Application must be completed in full and include a letter of recommendation, high school transcript and 500 word essay on a topic posted on the
