Besides helping residents and their families carry their belongings, we need greeters, building captains, etc. so if you are unable to carry belongings, let us know because we will have a spot for everyone.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>For those student organizations who want to help please provide the department with a list of those students names and CWID numbers who will be volunteering and they can move in the day before on Tuesday, August 20.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>The residence halls open on Wednesday, August 21st! The Lion Movers schedule will be in two hour shifts from 8:00 am to 6 p.m. We are asking each volunteer to work one 2 hour shift; of course, if you are having too much fun, you may stay for another shift!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>There will be a Lion Movers volunteer meeting that everyone will need to attend on Tuesday, August 20<sup>th</sup>. The meetings will only last 30 minutes. Two opportunities are available at 4p.m. and 6p.m. AND if these times don’t work for you, we will find a time that does work for you.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>Everyone’s time and energy is greatly appreciated!
